What part of our trip did I prefer?
It’s difficult to answer. Everything was very interesting but I certainly preferred the northwest area. There, nature has remained unspoilt. Few people live there because the ground is very poor. The wildlife was also wonderful. There were lakes (lochs) everywhere, often with the ruins of a castle in the foreground and the sky was blue. It was magical. I would like to return to this area to hike in the mountains.
